Hi everyone, I am sorry for being a little MIA lately. It's a beautiful summer and I'm spending a lot of time outdoors with my family. My older son is going to start Kindergarten in a few weeks, and I'm having a hard time letting go. :) My baby is going to start the long journey.

I hope you are having a wonderful time, whether it is winter or summer. Thank you for dropping by and I hope to have new goodies up soon.

More Dino Layouts

I wanted to share some more dino layouts with you. :)

Here's a really cool two pager by Megann. The template is by Yin.

Here's a neat one by Kristi. Don't they look like Charlie's Angels. Great journaling too.

Having some fun in the sand, prehistoric style. Fun layout by Leda. I love the journal tied around the tree.

Oh I need to thank Tammy D. for helping me out with layouts again. You rock, girl! This layout is full of goodies. Check out the dinos in the back drinking and one eating. She did a marvelous job posing the boys too. They are watching so intently.

Here's a fun one by scrappeehappee. Those dinos are a tease!

Remember I Dream of Jeanie and her blinks? This adorable layout is by Lorraine.

Here's another fun one by Lorraine. I need to check with her about where those alphas are from.

Here's another playful one by scrappeehappee.

Look at this precious layout by Tammy D with Veiled Moonlight. She is just too sweet isn't she. They are this small for a moment, you blink your eyes, and they're talking back. lol.

Prehistoric - A Dinosaur Kit

Over 65 million years ago, Dinosaurs walked the earth. They had been the dominant species that ruled the earth for over 160 million years. No one knows exactly what happened or perhaps it was a series of disasters that caused their extinction. It is theorized by many that birds have evolved from dinosaurs.

The word Dinosaur derives from Greek ´µ¹½Ì (deinos) "terrible, powerful, wondrous" + ñæÁ¿Â (sauros) "lizard".

This kit was created for my little two dinosaur lovers. It is filled with traditional scrapbook elements and papers as well as scenes to create fun fantasy layouts.

This kit includes 18 papers. Some of the papers are perspective scenes. Scene plants are included to help build fantasy scene.

There are over 50 elements plus 7 types of dinosaurs, each in at least 2 poses for a total of 16 dinosaurs. Some come with a perspective shadow in a separate file.

Grrrrrrr!!!! A Sneak Peek

Here's a sneak peek at this week's new release!

Hint: they're big, they're bad, they're PREHISTORIC! Grrrr!! :)

From my lovely and very talented Creative Team.

Eden is a famous time traveler. Look at where his recent adventure landed him! Ooh, there's a loving family in this layout, too.

by Danesa

Uh oh Hunter Or Prey???
Here's the translation: No, the time to shoot dinosaurs is long gone. But you are finally old enough to shoot a rifle at the fair and you try your hardest. A good thing that you will never need to shoot a dino to stay alive, cause you really stink at it.

Doesn't that bring a smile to your face? :)

These moments are so familiar. My little boys also play with dinosaurs at least once a day. Michaela is seriously amazing at creating clusters.

Got photos? Got lots and lots of photos?

Do you take tons of photos? Snapping a shot of every moment? We usually take hundreds of shots at an event and then after sorting them, just a very small handful end up in layouts. Even those great multi photo templates can only help so much. But it would be great if there was a way to at least get them onto a page so that they get printed. Even a small version of them printed on a large 12x12 is viewable.

We have this awesome new designer at ScrapbookGraphics, Studio Arisu, that has a possible solution to this dilemma. (I've already raided her store!)

She's got these really cool actions that are so fun. I am going to use this one for my wedding photos (um as soon as I get them scanned).

Here's a sample she provided

Here's a quote from her description:
"The template has 73 photos, each with a stroke style added and shadows warped by me. Both the stroke and shadow can be removed, if you prefer to do warping by yourself. The action will take your 73 photos, resize them, put them on the template, clip them to the right picture and transform them so they fit."

Okay, how cool is that! You even get warped shadows! Talk about doing all the work for you! :)

There are other shapes and templates available. She came out with a cool number one today as well.

Some more layouts with the July Kit

Leda is on a roll lately! I'm loving all the different looks she is getting from the same kit. Just simply loving them.

Here's a beautiful father/daughter moment...simply love that last photo!

Now this layout is spectacular! Beautiful layering and great shadows. Looks like you can reach out and touch it. I like how she added the close-up photo at the bottom corner.
