Challenges

I need something to motivate myself to scrap so I started posting silly challenges for my CT. I'll post our challenges and results on here weekly. Now, I'm not super creative so they will be silly little challenges! :) But I'm trying here.

I was wondering if anyone else would like to participate. Now, unlike other challenges, you're not required to post your results. Of course my team and I love reading your comments so please feel free to link us up. But the goal is to help motivate you.

So it will be like this, each week, there will be a small challenge of some sort. In some cases, I'll put some mini download here on the blog. It could be a quote, a mini kit, a template, you know, something, and sometimes it's just a challenge or idea.

If it is a challenge download, it will only be available for that week only.

So you come here, download it, scrap something, and if you like, link us up! Or just enjoy the fruit of your labor. I just wanted to see if anyone is interested or if I'm just crazy, well I am a little crazy, but that's a different topic. :)

Let's vote! Your vote does count!

This week's challenge is to create a multi-photo layout that includes some journaling. So here's my mine!

Tutorials

Someone recently asked me where she could find some tutorials geared at digital scrappers. I just wanted to share the link with everyone. :)

What I like about this site is that there are tutorials for different programs, from Photoshop to GIMP. I hope it helps!

Spring Blossom Kit

Hi everyone,

I'm really sorry that I have not posted in awhile. I've been feeling very down lately, but I know that's not a good excuse.

I have a new kit in the store this week. It is currently 20% off. I will be back to post layouts when I have them.

Have a great week!

Spring...the emerging buds, the season of growth and love.

One of the sure signs of Spring are the emerging buds, when the dull ground begins to turn green, and then full of color. When Spring is in full bloom, the earth is painted with beautiful blooms and an array gorgeous colors, another masterpiece by Nature. The flowers of spring are the inspiration for this lovely kit.

This kit contains 26 beautifully textured papers, 89 elements, and a tiny tag alpha (uppercase, lowercase, and numbers).

A bonus layered template is also included!

Included in this set are 89 elements.

Elements include:

- straw basket
- bird and vintage birds card
- 3 acrylic brackets
- butterfly
- bird cage
- clothespin
- strip of soil with new buds
- feather
- fern
- 18 flowers
- 2 petals
- 1 silk flower
- 8 frames (metal, paper, acrylic, sticks, wooden)
- 1 wooden fence
- 1 grass strip
- 1 grass stem
- 1 flourish journal frame
- 1 ladybug
- 1 bird's nest
- 1 paper curl
- 1 paper edge
- 1 pot
- 6 ribbons
- 2 ribbon bows
- 2 folden ribbons
- 1 ribbon knot
- 5 vintage seed packets
- 3 spring willow stems
- 1 staple
- 1 12x12 page stitches
- 2 tags, 4 mini tags, and a tag tie
- 1 twig
- 1 twine
- 2 watercans
- 1 word art
- 5 ribbon wraps

I also have one Quick Page available for sale. This is my sweet little Ethan.

This page was created primarily from the Spring Blossom Kit.

You will get a page with the title and one without the title for your convenience.
